When a client brings their own dessert/cake there is a $3/head cakage fee for cutting, plating and serving

 

ENTRÉE  

(Please select 2 of the following, to be served alternatively to the table)  

  •  Twice cooked Pork belly, poached apple, Coldstream cider glaze
  • Roasted pumpkin soup with brie croute laced with truffle oil (V)
  • Thai Inspired Tiger Prawn Salad with rice noodles, bean sprouts, shredded cabbage, carrot, coriander, toasted peanut and a palm sugar chilli dressing
  •  Cyprian style grilled haloumi, onion jam, pear, shaved parmesan and rocket salad and balsamic
  •  Salt and pepper dusted Calamari, Asian slaw, with a house made roasted garlic aioli  
  • Harissa infused grilled Lamb cutlets (2), preserved lemon oil and a petite Greek salad
  • Ravioli filled with pumpkin, ricotta and parmesan tossed in a fresh basil pesto

MAINS

  •   Spanish Caramelized Onion Tart with aged parmesan and almond crust, slow roasted balsamic tomatoes and basil (V)   
  •  Pocket Chicken, oven baked goats cheese, sundried tomato, pea puree and a seeded mustard reduction  
  •  Eye fillet (grass fed) seasoned with smoked salt, grilled, served medium with a buttermilk potato gratin and red wine Jus
  •  Wild Snapper fillet, pan seared on a roasted pumpkin puree, accompanied by a peri-peri buerre blanc
  •   Parmesan and lemon thyme crusted double rack of lamb with oven roasted mini tomatoes with balsamic glaze
  •  Dukkah crusted Pork loin, on sweet potato mash, apple salsa, and a pedro ximenez glaze

  • Panna cotta with passion fruit coulis and Italian almond biscuit crumble

  • Eaton Mess (Smashed Pavlova) with mixed berry cream, strawberries and meringue shards
